Jammy job!!

Am loving my new job and the chance to visit so many different factories to audit. Today is the turn of a Jam (& chutney, mayonnaise, marmalade) factory. Here is a small selection of their range.
I learnt quite alot today regarding manufacture of jams and marmalades ... think I'll go back tomorrow!
