One territory and two states in a day

This glazed look is the result of way too many hours in the back of the car today.
We ate breakfast and packed up the fairly dry tents by 8.30, before returnig to the National museum in Canberra to see some of the other galleries on offer. All went well and we entertained each other in the car with the stories we had read.
With our take away coffee, we headed back to Geelong, with the gps suggesting that the trip would take 8.15 hours with no stops.

Being the sole driver, there were several stops. So it was more like 9.5 hours.

We listened to each others music via the car stereo, I introduced them to " yes minister", and we didn't need to resort to an ABBA singalong to keep me awake.

Back home now for a few days to get some laundry done, to conduct a parish council day and to pack the jumpers before heading North!
