It's a dog's life

Was at the dentist today and afterwards hung about the streets. Found this dog in a pram.

Bentley (I think was his name) was completely blind and, according to the  owner wouldn't walk anywhere outside. He also, although the demonstration didn't exactly prove it, responds very well to Chinese and will often speak back. I'm guessing not in Mandarin...perhaps something more like Dogdarin?
