Journal promts
Decided I would add a question to each day. I found these journal prompts in Pinterest and I thought they were interesting.
Also, today I noticed I felt less heavy and massive. I really feel good about my body already. Can't wait to get more toned!
I was supposed to hit the gym this morning but as always, NS let me down. (Travelled from my moms to my house).
I don't really like going to the gym in the evening so let's see if I can make it a new habit to go in the morning or during the day.
One thing you learned about yourself last year?
I'm so much stronger than I realize, but that doesn't mean I need to take all the shit.
