Warrior Point

Sauvie Island is 15 miles long, almost reaching from Portland to St.Helens. The northern most point is called Warrior Point, in the center of my shot. To the left of the island is the Columbia River, to the right, the Multnomah Channel. The island's original inhabitants were the Multnomah tribe of the Chinook Indians, hence the name.
A grey day, albeit mostly dry. A storm wit lots of rain and wind is expected to arrive in the early morning.
