Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre

The Hauxley Wildlife Centre offers free entry to the nature reserve at the north end of Druridge Bay (Northumberland) with six hides for watching wildlife. You can hire binoculars, eat at the Lookout Cafe and ask questions of the willing volunteers who man the Centre. We saw Goldeneye Little Grebe, Little Egret, Mallard , Mute Swans, Oystercatcher to name but a few. A splendid day out.
