Bananarama

This is another newbie to Cakeophilia- Banana Meringue Pie. It has Mum’s old fashioned banana butter inside and is crowned with spires of cinnamon Swiss meringue. It’s a winner! And I went surfing and SUPing today so I totally earned my helping!
