Friday

I can't believe it's Friday again. A day full of positives for us all. Great walk on the beach, yoga made better by being pawed and licked by 3 dogs, visit to mum in the cottage hospital where dogs are encouraged to visit and spend time with their owners and the other (3) patients , where the table is set for everyone to eat together and where the view from the window is a family of deer and two red squirrels leaping about the gardens. Looks like Ben (and C&H) and I will be welcome anytime to help in anyway we can.
