Homework hassles

Leo not enjoying his homework! He got through his maths work without any trouble, but kept messing up his English. He had to write his version of Daedalus and Icarus. After several aborted attempts he finally finished what must be the shortest version of the story ever! He was rather proud of using the phrase “plummeted to earth”, though!

I went out for another plod with the walking group. Some of them did a few stints of gentle jogging as we went along but I just walked extra fast at those points since I am not made for running. It is doing wonders for my step totals - am even ahead of Leo for the first time ever and I have completed my 100km January challenge in super quick time
