Flowers and Coffee

Thanks to BikerBear for hosting today's Flower Friday.  It's nice to see daffodils appearing, if only in cut form so far round here.  We have daffodil shoots in the garden and look forward to the splash of colour.

For the first time I saw people queuing down Henley Street for coffee.  The bad news for Nero is that a branch of Pret A Manger has opened up opposite them on the street.  Yesterday as a pre-opening offering they were giving free breakfasts, 400 people turned up, today, opening day, they were handing out free coffee (see extra).

Good news for Nero is that we won't be deserting them, we prefer their coffee!
