Oviri by Gauguin

A ceramic south Pacific goddess by Paul Gauguin (1848-1903), in a magnificent  exhibition of his work at the Grand Palais in Paris. The show is incredibly comprehensive, and beautifully hung, with generous space between most of the works. It wasn't especially crowded, despite reviews warning that it was. A wonderful and fascinating experience, livening a gloomy day.
