The silence experiment

The Helping Hands Program is a truly unique opportunity for organisations to get involved with a worthwhile cause at the same time as super-charging employee engagement. http://helpinghandsprogram.com.au/

Lucy and Theo participate in Sal’s silence experiment. The idea is to collaborate on a detailed technical task without any verbal communication.

There are numerous insights that participants experience, but in this case, Sal had to leave early. I’m sure I heard whispering around the table!

The task is building an artificial hand for victims of mine explosions. When completed the hands get sent to an international charity for distribution.
