Eat Your Greens....

.... pale though they may be, after the snow melt. These are young forest chamois which I was lucky to see this morning. I managed an easy walk on this field (see extra) where I have often seen chamois but only ever at dawn or dusk. So coming across them, almost at midday, was very unexpected. I guess they are taking advantage of the snow melt before the next snow arrives.

So you see, not being able to go skiing with the family had its advantages! Everyone had a a wonderful time though and have now returned home.
