Downtown this afternoon to ask at Waterstones if they still sell Kindles?

They don't! Apparently you can only buy them on-line these days in Belgium :o(

 Downtown ghastly - bung full of punters blundering about looking for bargains - couldn't get out fast enough!

Nearing home I passed by the "Académie de Musique Arabe" & in their window were posted several poems in this beautiful calligraphy...

Wish I could read them - at first I was confused, looking at the dates - then I twigged - they write from right to left!!
