Way back, in 1910, ladies could purchase the wonderful weekly magazine,
 " The Home Companion" 

Its adverts for 'curing Drunkards' 
and its articles on 'Electricity Curing Constipation' 
still make riveting reading today, one hundred and eight years later. 

And you wouldn't believe the 'problem' pages!!
I bought a boxful......... I'm hooked!
