A little celebration

It's been a good week back on the Sirt diet.. we broke away from it entirely over the Christmas break then added back in the juice but this week we have rebooted and have lost a stone between us!!!!!!!!  This litte glass of port is the reward for having a good week... well it can't blow it completely!! Can it???
A cold and damp day but hubby has been a star in the garden and taken out a couple of old plants in order to make way for my willow bed.. l do hope it works!! I am so excited to be growing some and look forward to cutting the first crop and then making lovely things from them...
