Just Grazing

Thanks for all the comments on the monarch grubs and especially Miffy who shed real light on the subject. Relooking at the image makes me realise I was lucky to get it at that exact moment. They are going to run out of food I think as they chomp steadily away all day.
Really hot here today and the good news is the throbbing ache has gone from my arm so as long as I don't twist it the wrong way life has improved greatly.
These lovely little deer are quite close to town so an easy blip as not to confident driving yet with one hand.
