Day 2 of the British Cyclocross Championships, and Scotland nabbed two of the titles (Sean Flynn in the pic above taking the Junior Men title after leading from start to finish; and Grant Ferguson jumping Ian Field in the Elite Men with a couple of laps to go). Also saw Helen Wyman get her 10th British title ahead of Nikki Brammaier; and wins in the U23 races for two incredibly bright future stars, Evie Richards and Tom Pidcock.

Cold though. Ever so cold. And my off-camera flash finally gave up the ghost halfway through. Bah.

Davie Lines (in the extra) came around 22nd we think in the Elite Men - the significance simply being that he's my coach, and therefore the man putting me through all the pain on the turbo. Top bloke to boot.
