Christmas is over

...another year just began. No Christmas market or ice skating rink until the end of this year. Oh well... they are slowly taking everything down. What a pleasure watching their progress. Bit more sad as it's the opposite. Quite enjoyed the building process though. Today I started to eat very healthy again. Let's see what progress I'm doing! Pilates every day made my body change already, let's get this pushed by some really nice nutritional change! #getthisbellyfatkilled

Today's menu plan:
Breakfast:
- almond nuts before training
- black coffee
- banana egg pancake
Lunch:
- rice
- home made dairy free bread
Dinner:
- avocado-mushroom-marrowfat peas salad and a carrot-potatoe soup
