#100days - '77: two amazing Bowie LPs in one year

Not many musicians produce an album to equal Low or Heroes in their entire career - David Bowie released both LPs in a single year, 1977! A lot of music from then sounds terribly dated now, but that isn't the case with either Low or Heroes. Indeed, they stand up far better today than the music he was releasing in 1987 or 1997 [though I've a soft spot for [i]Earthling[/i]].
