The tree in my neighbors yard is turning out to be a good find for several birds.  We've been here 7 years and I have never noticed it before, probably because my dogs chase the birds away.  These however are a little smarter and know that the dogs can't get over the fence. 
I think this bird is a Robin but I am going to have to learn the  various types
