A very busy day and a big thank you to daughter Fiona for doing the driving. And thank you also to daughter Alison for looking after Rona and for having a delicious apple crumble ready for us on our return.
Off first to visit the undertaker then over to the hospital to collect the death certificate. It just brings it all home to you!
We also did a wee trip down Memory Lane and drove past our old (first) house in Larkhall. The houses still look pretty good and really haven't changed too much in the last 30-odd years.
