Usual Tuesday routine, up and out early for my day at The J's... Meet Charlotte and Zoe who are now well into training for the Colchester Half Marathon at the end of March.  Better them than me! Charlotte and Zoe really do put the fun into fundraising!

Typically the weather has been better today although quite cold but we've avoided the snow that others are enjoying.
