The above was just one of many ditties my mom used to say to me growing up...she had a bunch of them that rolled off her tongue...I wish I could remember more...somewhere I began to write them down...I regret I didn't begin that a lot earlier.  None the less....this is some of one I do remember and this dried wintry thistle seed reminded me of her ditties:)
   Some what busy day...apts. made that are necessary...finally a minimal Y workout tonight....it was an unexpected pretty sunny day , but tonight the chill is on .
