Crossing Osbaldwick Beck

Woke up to a slight dusting of snow but not too much ice. Yet another sleep-in, hurrah! Jimmy and I set off for a walk to take in Tang Hall Park. This picture was taken on route to the park looking up the beck from a little footbridge. The extra is my first spotting of snowdrops showing their heads within the grass below some trees in the park - a sign of spring?
