Tulip

The blip of the inside of the tulip taken with my iPhone has no relevance to what I actually did today but I needed a blip of some sort. Spent the day with the NT coppicing trees over between Torver and Coniston. The weather was better than expected but this only just about compensated for having to stand in a swamp all day whilst cutting down the trees - feet cold and wet. Arms now very achey. Off the the Parish Council AGM tonight where they are promising free wine and nibbles. Not been to one before so should be interesting to find out what goes on.
