One aspect of reality

Many times during the last weeks have I visited this place: a huge physical therapy place. Full of very friendly and knowledgeable therapists they always made me feel better and increased my mobility.
Too bad that it takes such a big amount of time to get/stay fit. I never saw my parents do any of this. I walk , I swim, I have workouts in the gym and the sessions in this place. When I was a lot younger I spent time riding on horseback, swimming or playing tennis but that was for fun!
