Abstracted?

More like distracted.  A stressful day trying to sort out a Trojan attack on M's laptop.  Wasn't sure if it had affected mine too so a lot of time spent changing lots of passwords.  Did get out to Aros in an attempt to clear our heads, was very icy.  Not sure if this fits the bill for Abstract Thursday - is a sluice an every day object?
