Playing with my food

Today I will be photographing dentists out of hours. Therefore a protein packed lunch is on the agenda.

Hummus, cauliflower, quinoa, pomegranate seeds and parsley are just some of the ingredients (obviously in greater quantity).

To add some more Middle Eastern oomph I bake the cauliflower for 35 minutes with Lebanese 7 spice and serve with zaatar flavoured Greek yoghurt.

I find a high protein meal before a shoot keeps me going and stops me having an energy dip.
