Frozen chickens

Not so much frozen, as a bit chillier than they would like!  I've given them some left over mashed potato and boiled cabbage, and they also have a fresh cabbage from the garden and some poultry corn.  One day they will lay me a golden egg, or actually any egg would be nice, one day, in the spring perhaps  . . . ?  I do realise it's not the weather for that sort of thing just now!

They are a breed of bantam called "Old Dutch".  Very small and friendly, and easy to tame.  And the males are very showy!
