Autumn already?

Came back from a very hot and still summery spain to a changing season garden and very changeable weather. Woke up to pouring rain- cat wasn't impressed when I got him from the cattery, he couldn't decide whether to stay in the dry or to taste sweet but very wet freedom! I had an afternoon siesta (what do you mean they don't do that in Scotland?) and the skies were blue and the sun was out when I got up- did I sleep for 24 hours?
Popped out to the garden for a 'boring' garden blip- hoping for more dry weather to get it tidied up- anything to avoid the pile of holiday washing/ironing!
