A worthwhile investment.

We have been trying to encourage Pk to run competitively for years. Under duress she finally agreed and accepted her annual invitation to the Surrey schools. "It was actually quite fun" "I should have done this last year" "it isn't as bad as I thought it would be". So apart from being right, the highlight of my day was the 2 hours in the car with my little girl.
I chose this photo because she was actually pleased to see me. She spent the "race" running with a girl who was in tears. She was motivated by encouraging a stranger rather than doing well. Love her.
