We were kind of caught unawares by this on the way back from the Apple store where she had a picnic while the very helpful man gave me a loan of a phone in advance of a brand new one, the old one having followed the dishwasher yesterday.

We got very cold, having no proper waterproofs and ended up jumping in a taxi.
