'n Kiekie 'n Dag

Had a few drinks with K to celebrate her birthday.

While we waited for the pub crawl to catch up we went for dinner at an Italian restaurant, which I wanted to go to since it opened more than a year ago. C checked the reviews and they were either very good or very bad, nothing in between. Before we ordered our food one of the other customers threw her toys out of the cot, because her husband's chicken wasn't cooked (the husband just stood by wide-eyed), another customer (nearly finished) asked about the vegetables, which should have been part of the meal and  yet another one was still waiting for his cold drink which he ordered as we went in. We decided to take the risk and stay. The risk was worth taking as our food was good, cooked and reasonably priced.
