Colouring

 Another edible tree blooming in the garden. 
Annato seed pod on an Achiote tree. The dry seeds are used to impart a yellow or orange to food colouring, flavour and aroma.
There are some chances your orange or yellow coloured food; cheese, dairy spread, custard, cakes, snacks, sausages, smoked fish or cereals have annato colouring.

Will blip the seed fruit when the pod dries out.
