Brief sunshine

Wrapped up well, and took my cough for a walk today, when there were brief glimpses of sunshine in the distance. Not enough to form a shadow, but then this cold has left me a shadow of myself with or without the sun! However, I do think I have felt about 5 per cent better today. And have definitely coughed less! I've booked a hair appointment for Thursday in the hope that the improvement will last longer than a few hours.
