Reflections

This morning I nipped over to St Mary's at Barcombe to photograph one of my favourite Charles Kempe stained glass windows for submission to a local magazine. As I was leaving I noticed that the main east window was reflected on the west wall of the tower through the engraved glass screen. The screen was designed by Jennifer Conway and separates the bell tower from the nave. It was installed in 1981 in memory of Sir Alexander Grantham, one time, Governor of Hong Kong. I must return to photograph more of the screen as it has a very striking design.
