At the Small Animal Hospital

Kyna, in her carry case, waiting for appointment after her trauma of 5 days ago when she was attacked by a border terrier. She was in a lot of pain, off her food and miserable in addition to to the ominous dragging of the left back leg. My fear was she would need an operation similar to the one she had two years ago. She was seen by the same vet as last time, mutual adoration society, who did a very detailed assessment. Recommended cage rest for 6 weeks, with regular pain medication and physio, but no walks. Carry outside for the necessities and back in the cage.
Both of are going to find this tiresome, I hate walking without a dog but will have to or I will loose my own fitness.
