Tiny Tuesday - Bright

Thanks go to Thisislife for hosting the TT challenge, with a theme of BRIGHT.
Another dull day, with rain showers and a lot of wind.  This tiny bud on one of the Tree Peonies shone out really brightly, giving hope that spring is on it's way.
