Pica pica.............

...............or to ordinary folk like me - the Magpie! I know a lot of people do not like them but they such handsome birds.
Saw this one through the window whilst having coffee with a neighbour.
It used to be thought that he was Satan in disguise and that if you saw one and said "Good Morning, Mr. Magpie" Satan would leave you alone because he knew that you were aware that he was around!!
Others thought that because they fly so high, that they flew in and out of Heaven and they were in contact with God!!
It is amazing what people believed all those years ago - I wonder what they would have made of Blipfoto!!!!!

Weather cold, windy but quite sunny
