Not a happy bunny today.

Because I've upgraded my pc with new components, Windows told me I had to re-activate my Windows account. 

I tried to do this on my PC but it kept telling me that I needed to buy Windows.

So I bought Windows 10 from the Microsoft website.

They send you an E-Mail with the link to install Windows 10.  I clicked on it and this Blip shows you the result.

I don't give in easily and I tried to find a solution.

Unfortunately this led me into a spiral of "Help" that isn't anywhere near helpful, and "Helpdesks" that don't answer the phone, and then something approaching rage.

You get 45 minutes on Hold when you call Microsoft's Helpline, and then they just end the call.  Because that is SO helpful.  And don't you dare get angry that you can't get your 145€ back...

And when you try to find the phone number for the Helpline, don't look under "D" for Deutschland, it's under "G" for Deutschland. 

I am a rarity in IT, if you phone me or E-Mail me, I really do try to help.
