Stars and stripes

Not the American flag that is normally called Stars and stripes. Although the red and white stripes and the stars of the flag can be found in the photo. Not even the usual name for a well-known John Philip Sousa march.
In this case, just the stripes of the front and rear lights of the cars over the motorway and the starlets of the lights.
