Diet Plan - Prep

ohhh Special K products on offer in the supermarket, two boxes for £3.50

but then Tesco's own brand of Special Flakes (really one word change?) is only £1.25 a box - but whats the difference?

Ok so ingredients tells me that SF is more rice based rather than SK which is wholeweat based.  

But what surprised me is that SF has more vitamins per gram than the SK* does. 

So I've opted to try the Tesco's own brand and currently have two boxes, one with fruit pieces one without. 

*SK recommend taking extra supplements while doing this diet plan
