Fruity

Well the last couple of days have been somewhat frustrating.  Our pursuit of a pink ID card continued, on Wednesday we returned to the government offices, our paperwork was checked by four different people. The Receptionist checked that we had everything we needed. Then sombody else checked the details, somebody else issued us with a piece of paper with the necessary details on, we then saw a fourth person who asked us to return after 2pm.  We went home for lunch.  We then received a phone call telling us that the card machine had broken down and that someone would call us when it was fixed.  We got the call this morning and headed back.  We then had our photograph taken and the card was issued.  Interestingly our thumb prints we're also taken, they were actually taken several times and appear on all the paperwork along with our signatures.  
On the way home we walked passed the fruit market where we bought local bananas and Peruvian grapes.
