On my run

Quite a nice day today but not many chances for photography.
Cafe was quiet today so got away in good time and was able to have a sit down for a short while before going out again for a run.
Collected a friend and went over to Tentsmuir for 6 miles as the sun was setting. we took our headtorches but didn't need them as the skies were clear and so the light lasted just until we got back to the car.
Did manage to trip ove a root and fall headlong - fortiunately on a sandy bit so not too painful!
