Baby it's cold in here!

Went to Dad's today to get another coat of paint on the walls of his front room while he was at work and Esther at the childminders. The boy couldn't believe that despite living they for five years before moving in with him, I still didn't know how to turn the heating on! I just said Mum was always there to do it and she really was!

The boy did most of the painting while I fed and cuddled Iris. She's been clingy today but it was probably the arctic conditions!

Reasons to be cheerful:
The room is one step closer to being finished for Dad although the boy did let out that Dad said me and Gem had pushed him into the colour! I don't even like the colour it was just the best one in the garage! I wish Dad would speak up sometimes!
