White on White.

I love the white flowers against the snowy background....and for such a white flower there is a lot of that wonderful pale green!

Physio of course...and boy she put me thro my paces for sure!  up to 4lbs on my ankle and the seat of bike lowered to increase the bend.   Came home and had to lay down for a wee nap!   i just keep hearing my old buddy.....No Pain No Gain!   Now a few hours later i'm just fine.   getting ready for a wee glass of vino and more exploring of Costa Rica!
