To Vaals

It takes me 40 minutes to cycle to Vaals and only 30 minutes to get back home. Vaals is a small town in the very south, at the foot of the Vaalserberg, the highest hill (322,4 meters) of the Netherlands, which we share with Belgium and Germany. I didn't have to go up the hill, only to my appointment at the podiatrist, at 196 meters altitude. Our village is at 90 meters altitude. Hence the time difference.
The weather was fine. Hopefully, we'll have the same tomorrow. Bert planned a long bicycle trip for us.
