Skulling in the Tank

Early rowing practice followed by Pilates/Yoga session (10) then on to the weekly pub breakfast - 9 of us this week. I love watching the practice in the tank and this is the 1st time i have seen 8 skulling - that is 2 oars each as opposed to sweep rowing which is only 1 oar/1 side. Following breakfast i returned to the club to teach a yoga class to the junior rowers (12-17 yrs old) which we call ROWGA. I have volunteered 2 saturdays a month to help out. There is a specific routine i have worked out focusing on moves & poses that are rowing specific. Off to coffee visit with my girls (4 fitness instructors from our local Y) then home for cuddles & movie night with my sweetie. We were told to watch Black Mirror and The Circle (2 separate movies).
