Our precious boy

I love this little man.

Owning a dog is a wonderful thing but wow it can be emotionally draining. Sam has had a stressful few days. Horribly he was attacked by another dog in our driveway yesterday. He’s fine but we were all a bit shaken, well D was very shaken as she had to run and get between our boy and the nasty creature that went for him. Sam was knocked to the ground and we thought he had damaged his paw but he is okay. No blood a good sign. Shaken and stirred. Big hugs last night!

Today he ran back inside after being outside and threw himself into the patio door, it had blown shut whilst we were both outside and he hadn’t seen. It was a helluva bang and he made a horrible sound but he seems okay, more tears from us though!

He is a beautiful chap, stubborn, a bit whiny sometime love him, but such wonderful company and he looks after D when she is not well. I am so lucky he’s part of my life.
